My name is Roberto, I’m a freelance Branding & Digital Designer based by the valley in New York. I currently work at Liquid. I create brand identities, digital experiences, and print materials that communicate clearly achieve marketing goals, and look fantastic. beauty and technical performance. Based on my experience in team management, I have successfully managed teams for 3 years. To be a good team leader, it is essential to have strong communication, prioritization, and goal-setting skills. Additionally, identifying the team’s strengths and delegating tasks accordingly are crucial factors that can affect the team’s success. Setting and prioritizing goals is also vital for successful team management. I am an Art Director with 8 years of experience, specializing in understanding clients’ needs and bringing their visions to life in a creative manner. I have worked with both global and local brands and have been involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pitching to campaign execution.
